Day one of the Plan....

So its day one of getting my sexy back! So, obviously first things first… got to get this new outfit right?

So I went to none other than our awesome Canadian fashion leaders in yoga wear.
Lulu Lemon. And well looking online at the hottest trends I came across their blog.

I found it extremely interesting because they allow their staff to comment on the website. I manage a retail store as well so for me this is extremely interesting. Blogs are personal….. But it’s great that they are sharing that insight with the customers. Its also great interaction for the staff to really be involved in the companies visions.

Operation One: Getting my Sexy Back

Plan: going to join a gym. I know, I know sounds so simple but its not. I have been fit all my life… don’t have a desire to loose any weight or anything, but have been experiencing some lifestyle changes recently.. and remember the feeling of independence going to the gym used to give me. The goal is simple… concentrate on myself…. O maybe it’s not so simple?

Organize: where an I going to go? Sometimes my job isn’t always the simple 9-5 Mon through Friday scene… so 24 hours maybe an asset. Something located near the house, and I know I don’t want to sign up for a year. Sometimes I don’t know whether I’m coming or going. I always need to by a cute gym outfit. (Since the plan is to regain confidence…. Why should I look cute doing it?) Need to get the IPOD ready… should load it up with empowering women and positive enforcements.

Lead: My favorite part…. You’ll probably hear that every time. I am especially excited about this reward, considering my goal is reveled around feeling amazing about myself.

That right amazing… I want to feel… no I will feel…. Energized, confident, independent, and of course I will be getting my sexy back.

Control: unknown to early to tell….. okay fine 3 months. Bringing us into….the NEW YEAR! It’s perfect!

This Blog....

This blog is a self expression. This blog helps me clearly define dreams, wants, big and small in all aspects of my life.

I started my education 4 years ago at Humber Collage. I took an Intro to Business class and there is where my teacher inspired me to live in the now and take advantage of all learning devices, and to dream and plan for the future… always.

There are four simple steps. And you think to yourself wow, just four; yep!
First is the P.

Plan: develop the goal. Big, small, doesn’t matter. But, it must have a clear focus. The goal should be something you strive not to achieve perfection on, but something you strive to be excellent at.

Organize: this is the one with all the questions. You know you always here from everyone ask where, when, who, what, why and how…. Well it helps significantly when you really want to achieve something. (But, I know it’s a little boring this part.. but so important)

Lead: my favorite. The incentive….. could be anything. Wow. Did I just get your imagination going, or what?

Control: simply schedule a time to revisit your plan, and evaluate your success. No plan is ever good if never looked over… modified or changed.

This strategy has helped me achieve so many feats. This blog is both a diary, an agenda, and a dream.

Follow both my successes….and failures…. I’m sure if anything you’ll learn from my mistakes.
